Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth functioning of the branch and follow banking norms & regulation.
∎ Minimization of exposures to and impact of operational risks inherent in Branch Operations.
∎ Quality leadership of Branch Operations translating into conducive work environment and employee satisfaction. This will encompass performance management and staff development for maximum productivity of employees.
∎ Application of established policies, processes, procedures and tools in achieving compliance requirements, optimal efficiency, resource utilization and cost containment.
∎ Achieving the branch targets and developing strategies to acquire new accounts and expand existing accounts by offering various financial products and services to the customer.
∎ Responsible for monitoring business, compliance and operations.
∎ Executing any other responsibilities as and when required by the Management or Branch Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 6 Years' experience of working in foreign trade, credit & general banking in any reputed scheduled Bank of which minimum 3 years' practical experience of working as Deputy Manager/Operations Manager.
∎ Suitable candidates must have started their Banking career through a competitive recruitment examination.
