Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology, Yarn Manufacturing
∎ Bangladesh University of Textiles,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Knitting Production development, Control & combination, knitting R&D and Sampling.
∎ Work with the other department for committed orders and monitor the production Critical Path regularly to ensure on time shipment.
∎ Developing creative ideas and concepts.
∎ Follow up all buyer sample and fabric development status.
∎ Analyses the received fabric/swatch from merchandiser and provide appropriate yarn Count, raw materials detail to merchandiser
∎ Give yarn count based on Merchandiser/Buyer information
∎ Provide the machine parameter & knitting parameter to knitting production post receiving knitting sheet
∎ Provide risk analysis to sample file and check & signature sample finish fabric post completing sample file.
∎ Provide fabric width for costing/ bulk production as per CAD requirements.
∎ Check monthly sample production report
∎ Check & Review status of current sample production along with KAM, Sample master and resolve issues (If Required)
∎ Physically monitor & review re-work sample fabric & production.
∎ Review & give instruction to sample team regarding barcode & sample fabric delivery
∎ Discuss & review along with Knitting head & sample team regarding sample finish fabric width and risk analysis
∎ Provide knitting charge to merchandiser after discussing with knitting head as per merchandiser requirements.
∎ Discuss critical sample fabric process with knitting head & give special instruction to sample team regarding process adherence.
∎ Attend fabric held-up meeting in grey quality department for root causes analysis
∎ Attend fabric held-up meeting in Dyeing finishing department for root causes analysis
∎ Maintain all documents of grey & finish fabric swatch with knitting, dyeing & finishing parameter
