∎ 5-7 years proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
∎ Experience in Microinsurance or working with low-income clients is a plus.
∎ Technical Skills:
∎ Proficiency in software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
∎ Report writing.
∎ Ability to use technology to manage customer data and track sales activities.
∎ Language Skills:
∎ English and Bangla.
∎ Strong cold calling and negotiation techniques.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex insurance products clearly.
∎ Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
∎ High level of empathy and understanding of clients' needs.
∎ Organizational Skills:
∎ Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
∎ Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify potential clients through physical visiting cold calling, networking, referrals, and other channels.
∎ Build a pipeline of prospects and convert them into clients.
∎ Needs Assessment:
∎ Evaluate clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable Microinsurance products.
∎ Tailored solutions to meet clients' financial and risk management requirements.
∎ Deliver presentations and demonstrations to educate potential clients about Microinsurance products.
∎ Negotiate policy terms and conditions with clients and underwriters.
∎ Customer Relationship Management:
∎ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
∎ Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and policy servicing.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes.
∎ Use this knowledge to enhance sales strategies and client interactions.
∎ Performance Metrics:
∎ Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
∎ Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies to drive results.

∎ This role will be focused on driving the sales of Microinsurance products while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Also will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting Microinsurance products, and building strong client relationships. The role requires a proactive, customer-centric approach to meet sales targets and ensure clients are well-informed about the products and services offered.
