Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and supervise operations within the division for proper sales follow-up and deal closing.
Develop and implement strategic plans to increase the efficiency of machinery and material handling processes for the team and ensure its achievement on a quarterly basis.
Maintain strong working relationships with the key personnel and stakeholders to ensure optimal equipment utilization and availability.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to keep the company’s offerings competitive and innovative.
Lead, train, and develop a team of professionals to achieve department goals and performance targets, ensuring a timely recovery of payment.
Collaborate with the sales team to promptly understand and respond to client needs and provide tailored solutions.
