Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Glass Technology, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage, operate all machineries such as Hindered settler, Hydraulic Classifier, Ball mill, Spiral- chute, Hight Intensity Magnetic Separator, Drum Magnetic Separator, scrubbing machine, various pumps, Dredger Pump of sedimentation tank, various belt conveyor etc.
∎ Identify root cause & solve the problem during production period.
∎ Provide leadership, guidance & supervision of all manpower of Ore-dressing plant.
∎ Ensure the schedule maintenance for reducing breakdown time of the plant.
∎ Ensure good quality of finish products as per process requirement.
∎ Determine quality of Silica raw sands during receiving time as per company policy
∎ Conduct a training session to develop skill sets & efficient manpower.
∎ Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.
∎ Ensure policy & objectives are implemented for the QMS & ensure compatibility with the context & strategic direction of the organization (ISO 9001: 2015)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ At least 3-5 years experiences preferably in glass manufacturing plant with focus on Ore processes
∎ Ability to work under pressure, good interpersonal skills, team-building capacity
∎ Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in a manufacturing environment
∎ Continuous improvement mindset and a commitment to quality
∎ Good functional competencies in MS office applications
