Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in Anthropology/ Sociology/ Economics/ Development Studies/ Statistics or any other relevant subject from any recognised university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare quality of research report for effectively use of the programme
∎ Prepare checklists and questionnaire as per study design and field test for finalization
∎ Collection data by using qualitative and quantitative tools and techniques.
∎ Prepare draft report and sharing with concerned programme people and respective supervisor
∎ Field visit to observe ongoing programme activities and providing feedback to the corresponding program personnel
∎ Prepare success story or case study and innovation of programme and documentation all knowledge management related issues, e.g., operation manual/ guideline
∎ Involve Monitoring and MIS related activities as per programme needs
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the safeguarding goals while acting as a key source of support, guidance and expertise for establishing a safe working environment in accordance to its reporting procedures. Practice, promote, encourage and endorse the safeguarding policy and implementation standards among team members in case of any reportable incident

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 years of experience in research experience on development research including practical knowledge on data collection, analysis and report drafting in Bangle and English
∎ Work in a team with different programme at field level
∎ Play active role in event management within the programme
∎ Play active role to document all knowledge management material, e.g., operation manual/ guide
