Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote accountability approaches into project design and in the MEAL plan: support standard CO Feedback Response Mechanism
∎ Lead and Manage online FRM and support accountability roll out
∎ Maintain close contact with the project team and sector base MEAL staff to ensure timely responses of all the feedback/complaints received from children/beneficiaries
∎ Provide regular update to management and develop Accountability report as part of Quarterly MEAL report and Provide analysis of the accountability findings
∎ Work closely with Manager - Accountability and Effectiveness to develop separate modules on Information Sharing, Participation and Feedback and Reporting Mechanism for all programs.
∎ Work closely with E&L colleagues and partners to build staff competencies in accountability to communities
∎ Identify preferred ways of communicating for children and communities and work with program implementation teams and technical leads to incorporate meaningful child participation at all stages of the program cycle
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years' experience preferably in Qualitative Research, MEAL/Accountability, and/or Program.
∎ Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a proven record of convincing senior leadership to support improvements in program quality
∎ Experience of qualitative data analysis and writing clear and well-argued reports using data and analysis to influence programmatic changes
∎ Excellent knowledge of the field of communication and community engagement, including key sector commitments such as the Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS) and Grand Bargain Participation Revolution
∎ Experience in setting up accountability systems, especially feedback and reporting mech
