Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree in Business Administration/ Public Administration/ Management / English from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist Head of HR in planning, executing and controlling of departmental KRA to bring about success stories to the board.
∎ To formulate strategic policy and procedure in aspect of people dimension in align with company’s goal and ensure sound execution of the same.
∎ To communicate and provide HR supports to the Management on regular operations and ad-hoc priorities by addressing critical issues concerning business needs.
∎ To develop organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction.
∎ To manage human resources operations i.e. manpower plan, budget & cost leadership, set hierarchy & role profile, recruiting & Staffing, training, counseling and disciplining staff, monitoring, appraising and reviewing staff job contribution, succession planning, employee relations and retention.
∎ Assist HOD inculcate a performance driven culture across the organization.
∎ To address any functional needs and develop policy, procedures and techniques in order to create responsive culture across the Organization by promoting values and teamwork.
∎ To prepare and provide different Drafts/Reports on departmental performance, working capital/budget, project proposal, Notes, announcement, action plans and work progress
∎ To perform as a catalyst to employee discipline in all aspects of employee life cycle management.
∎ To be responsible for team performance, lead and empower the HR team by delegating, coaching and grooming all members by setting KPIs and review periodically
∎ To develop and establish necessary tools, techniques for operational best practices
∎ To act on different current and future development projects as per Management discretion

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have sound knowledge on local Laws, Social Compliance
∎ Experience min. 15 years in which 5 years in managerial role in the field of Administration.
∎ Working experiences in local group of Companies/MNC, FMCG, Corporate will get preference
∎ Strategic Leadership skills & Proactive attitude
∎ Analytical & Critical Reasoning skills
∎ Excellent teamwork skill.
