Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive & process sales orders and plan delivery schedules to meet timelines.
∎ Coordinate and manage the order processing cycle from receipt sales order to final delivery.
∎ Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock availability for order fulfillment.
∎ Conduct regular stock checking, track stock movements, and minimize stock discrepancies when needed.
∎ Serve as a point of contact for distribution-related queries and handle any complaints related to inventory or delivery.
∎ Check stock of finished goods on regular basis.
∎ Prepare party wise challan at the time of delivery to keep proper records.
∎ Prepare regular reports for management on distribution activities & delivery quantity.

In this context MGI is looking for proactive and experienced individuals for Distribution department of Sonargaon Steel Fabricate Limited.
