Responsibilities & Context:

We are a Knit Composite Textile Factory seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy General Manager / Assistant General Manager - Marketing (Knit Dyeing & Fabric Sales) for the Marketing of Knit Dyeing & Fabric Sales.

Job location will be Zamgora, Ashulia, Savar.

  • Planning, scheduling, and execution of marketing operations of the Knit Dyeing Plant & Knit Fabric Sales.

  • Ensure budgeted capacity utilization.

  • Responsible for developing new customers.

  • Ensure regular contact and communicate with all existing customers.

  • Analyze market trends, provide feedback, and recommend dyeing, finishing, fabric marketing, and business development strategies.

  • Calculate the idle capacity according to the agreement with dyeing finishing sub-contract customers, according to the policy of the company.

  • Ensure customer-wise allocated capacity monitoring to achieve the capacity.

  • Communicate regularly with the sub-contract parties for order collection.

  • Take lab dip approval, receive grey fabric, and follow-up finishing schedule of delivery according to the plan and sequence of implementing all other necessary works for running sub-contract events smoothly.

  • Acceptance and payment, etc., working together with the Commercial and Accounts department to get the payment on time.

  • Any other assignment as assigned by management.
