Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager in the field of HR, Admin & Compliance to look after a 100% Export Oriented Knit Garments Factroy.

Job Location will be Rupganj, Narayanganj.

  • Demonstrate an inspiring level of leadership and team playing capability to plan, organize, monitor, and lead teams of HR, Admin, and Compliance department of the factory.

  • Formulate development strategies in terms of HR, Admin, and Compliance.

  • Working with the senior management of the company in connection with the company’s strategy formulation.

  • Ensure that all the existing policies, SOPs, standing orders, etc., are implemented in the factory.

  • Responsible for compliance issues (internal & external), which will include, but not be limited to, different buying brands’ requirements as well as the legal issues, both local and international (i.e., ILO, EU, etc.).

  • Maintain liaison with different associated bodies (Government, Semi-Government, autonomous, etc.) as part of your administrative responsibilities.

  • Responsible for managing aspects of industrial relations and conflict management in accordance with the laws of the country.

  • Maintain rapport with local or international buying partners’ (brands) representatives, especially related to compliance.

  • Forecasting and preparing the annual budget in line with the requirements of HR, Admin, and Compliance Department.

  • Ensure inter-departmental cooperation in favor of your teams as well as others.

  • Required to report all the updates and follow-ups to the top management at a regular interval.

  • Might be given any other assignments, other than specified here, at the discretion of top management.
