1. Ensure daily attendance of workers, staffs & management employees
2. Collect missing attendance report from payroll & make it correct as required.
3. Ensure new employees attendance punch to payroll software
4. Ensure absenteeism counseling as per absent list & ensure analysis
5. Ensure & prepare mobile bank accounts for all new employees with lab test for account confirmation.
6. To ensure recruitment of staff & workers as per approved manpower requisition.
7. To prepare daily & monthly late attendee report for management.
8. Prepare & ensure weekly shifting duty roster
9. Responsibilities to assist all kind of buyer’s audit in respect of HR activities
10. Maintain & follow up the Grievance, received from workers & ensure disciplinary action as per policy.
11. Assist to the employees for processing of provident fund (PF) account.
12. Responsibilities to ensure & prepare HR stationary requisition as required
13. Prepare & ensure all the resignation clearance documents for resigned employees.
14. Prepare & kept all HR training records
15. Responsibilities to ensure termination process as per policy
16. To ensure & prepare holiday duty schedule as required
17. Responsible for preparing daily OT report & submit to management
18. To prepare daily plan Vs actual OT report & submit to management
19. Prepare daily OT analysis report with amount
20. Ensure manual attendance formulation with payroll team.
21. Ensure special holiday duty attendance follow up, correction & adjustment
22. Maintain & ensure salary & other unpaid list & kept documents as required
23. Prepare & ensure all workers & staff appointment letter
24. Maintain & ensure lefty worker/staff/management list with lefty letter.
25. Ensure new workers salary & submit to payroll
26. Ensure & maintain leave management as per policy.
27. Responsibilities to prepare, ensure & keeping update all employees’ personal file & service book when require.
28. Ensure payroll database & BGMEA biometric data is up to date for all employees
29. Ensure job descriptions for all worker and staff.
30. Responsibilities to implementation of all HR policy
31. Ensure all type of employee’s Appointment letter, Resign, Performance Appraisal & transfer.
32. Ensure all kind of payment such as salary, wages, bonus, over time, tiffin, night, holiday, shifting bill, increment and promotion, maternity benefit, service benefit, PF, incentive’s etc.
33. Ensure management employee’s probationary performance appraisal & confirmation.
34. Ensure satisfactory housekeeping at responsible work area with health & safety & PPE
