Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Engineer
∎ Textile Engineer

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ - Investigate and explore fabric problems with comparison of raw and washed garments,according to PO blankets and trials,discussion with teams and explore potential solutions.
∎ - Solve physical(tear,tensile), GAAW(Garment appearance after wash) and formadehyde test problems before starting mass production.
∎ - Make cost optimization by trying new production techniques,chemicals and machines
∎ - Wash first loads of all order s,take critics and continue production/
∎ - Responsible for minimum WIP.
∎ - Train up local people for production & quality system
∎ - Organizing and tracking all production activities
∎ - Taking shadeband approvals from buying offices
∎ - Setting up step targets for production
∎ - Applying buyer protocols
∎ - Implementing sustainable techniques and processes at production(laser,ozone,e-flow)
∎ - Convert traditional dry processes to laser designs with laser designers team
∎ - Folllowing green scren chemistry and water less projects
∎ - Follow and maintain on time shipment for sea freight and prevent air freight
∎ - Increase productivity and reduce labor costs through updating the information i.e. problem faced daily and giving target to the workers with the help of in-charge and supervisor.
∎ - Secures new assortment and technologies to be timely prepared, implemented and compliant with standards.
∎ - Introduces organisational and technological changes to maximize production.
∎ - Participates in working out of technological solutions to eliminate problems in mass production process.
