Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Textile or IE.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead the team independently.
∎ Have a knowledge of clear every washing process.
∎ Make the proper planning of washing (wet & dry process) and make report of production achievement.
∎ Strictly use the manpower of washing and take the optimum level efficiency against production.
∎ Follow up the sewing planning & make up the shipment schedule as per plan.
∎ Make the plan of washing full month base on machine capacity.
∎ Have a knowledge of computer (MS word, Excel, PowerPoint) including mail communication.
∎ Have a knowledge of English for the mail and others purpose.
∎ Have a knowledge of LC /PI / Acceptance/customs bond & make the report of accordingly.
∎ Strictly follow up the pending payment from the customer discuss with the management.
∎ End of the Month focus on the revenue and study against planning then submit report to the management.
∎ Analyze individual Wash & Dry operator's performance.
∎ Time- study, capacity study & hourly production follows up.
∎ Monitoring Wash & Dry line score sheets by hourly basis.
∎ Training Wash & Dry operators' efficiency follow up.
∎ Making the daily Wash & Dry Line efficiency, Factory Efficiency, Production status, NPT reports.
∎ Making Factory Wash & Dry Hourly Production monitoring chart.
∎ Aloes check right liquor ratio, water level, pH, hardness etc. for right production.
∎ Good understanding in the use of washing chemicals and different recipes.
∎ Washing chemicals, its use & storage policy, MSDS /TDS/ APEO/AZO
∎ Costing
∎ Seasonal & Monthly Chemical budget against plan.

∎ Age at least 28 years
