Responsibilities & Context:
Drive revenue generation and ensure sustainable business growth.
Lead the hiring, onboarding, training, and retention of sales team members.
Oversee daily sales operations to ensure smooth execution and target achievement.
Maintain, motivate, and guide the sales team to perform at their highest potential.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans in alignment with company objectives.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new market opportunities.
Monitor sales KPIs, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights to management.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to enhance sales performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Take part in high-level decision-making regarding sales and operational growth strategies.
