∎ Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve national sales targets and profitability.
∎ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales approaches.
∎ Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
∎ Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to team members.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
∎ Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for the company’s products.
∎ Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company’s market share.
∎ Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of sales plans.
∎ Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, prepare sales reports, and present findings to senior management.
∎ Prepare and manage the sales department’s budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
∎ Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
∎ Conduct sales forecasting and planning to ensure the availability of products in alignment with market demand.
∎ Analyze sales data and trends to predict future sales and adjust strategies accordingly.
∎ Prepare and submit regular sales reports, performance analyses, and market feedback to senior management.
∎ Stay updated with industry developments, emerging trends, and technological advancements.
∎ Implement innovative sales techniques and tools to improve sales performance and efficiency.
