∎ Masters in any disciple from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide visitors with the best possible experience while visiting the Plantation.
∎ Strive to sell all tea produced at the Plantation.
∎ Develop the annual budgets in conjunction with the CTG Team.
∎ Review actual expenses to budget with management team each month.
∎ Investigate significant variances to budget and review with appropriate management.
∎ Remain current on all State and Federal regulations.
∎ Direct supervision of all workers, non-management staff and management staffs.
∎ Assure the timely and accurate reporting of all data required by Corporate.
∎ Develop and maintain a set of key metrics to analyze the business.
∎ Review raw material and finished good inventory controls to assure timeliness and accuracy of all inventories.
∎ Oversee all purchasing, receiving, shipping and warehouse operations.
∎ Assure the timely transfer of all goods between CTG and other locations.
∎ Identify and develop tactics with CTG managers to support the Sales/Marketing strategies.
∎ Oversee the upkeep, maintenance and repair of all grounds, equipment and buildings of all visitor areas.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidates should have directly work at any reputed Tea Guarden.
