Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree, preferably in Statistics/Public Health/Population Science/Demography/Social Sciences.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 years of working experience for planning, management, monitoring and evaluation of work plan with diversified stakeholders, with at least 4 years of experience in management position in corporate/development sector.
∎ Proven experience in managing large programs with experience in developing M&E framework, survey, surveillance, conduction of research is essential.
∎ Facilitation, staff supervision skills are additional requirements.
∎ Frequent travel is required for this position.
∎ Proficient in computer skills of MS Office is essential and Statistical Packages e.g. SPSS etc. preferred.
∎ Able to effectively communicate and building trusting relationship with the beneficiaries and working partners.
∎ High level skills to establish efficient working relations and develop partnership with SRs, Government and NGO officials to contribute in National Response on HIV/AIDS program.
