• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service, E-commerce

• Age At least 30 years

• Should have experience in Coding Language, Software Design, Software Documentation, Software Testing, Software Maintenance, Software Development Process, Software Requirements, Teamwork, General Consulting Skills, Software Architecture.

• Expert level in Microsoft Office Applications, including Project.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Proficient in data analysis.

• Understanding business functional areas.

• Willingness to travel to client sites

We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to be responsible for solving strategic problem and work closely with company’s business counterparts to identify ICT solutions in business functional areas and to lead business implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements analysis, finding areas for improvement and planning for target solutions

• Translate business requirements into technical requirements to develop new applications

• Develop technical proposals & documentation

• Perform product demonstration, presentations and training for customers as well as team members.

• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

• Staying up-to-date on the latest process for system automation

• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas, progress and findings.

• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.

• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

• Working closely with developers and management.

• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

• Performing user acceptance testing.

• Capable to work with project Plan.

• Writing SRS and other analysis works.

• Check the product to meet actual business requirements.

• Any other tasks assigned by the authority.

• Conduct post project evaluation.
