Responsibilities & Context:

Job context: Solution World Limited is a leading IT service provider in Bangladesh. We`re looking for an experienced HR & Admin Manager responsible to manage our company’s administration, recruiting, develop, learning, employee performance programs, retain qualified employees, & Legal issues.

Job Responsibilities:·        

  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

  • Actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process

  • Having thorough knowledge on labor act with the process of all paperwork associated with employment changes and variations to contracts

  • Create and maintain all employee personnel files and leave record overall responsible for payroll processing

  • Assist with entering variable overtime and expense payments

  • Any other payroll duties as required by the company management, maintaining and recording employee attendance

  • Prepare/update HR policy to make sure employees are adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations

  • Executing the employee`s annual review procedures

  • Execute disciplinary actions as per management direction

  • Any other work assigned by the management
