∎ Age 30 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain & monitoring finishing hourly/ daily production with good quality.
∎ Monitoring daily/ hourly finishing Target VS Achievement.
∎ Ensure PO wise Cut to Ship percentage as per company requirement.
∎ Follow Up shipment plan & ensure on time shipment by PO closing.
∎ Ensure Compliance & company standard of responsible area.
∎ Ensure Staff- Workers present percentage as per company requirement.
∎ Follow up daily report & work accordingly to reduce finishing WIP.
∎ Coordinate with all related department head for completing PO’s smoothly.
∎ Finishing operation control & ability to handle the Final Inspection.
∎ Ensure to manage finishing team & packing with good result.
∎ Strong production leadership with good problem-solving skills.
∎ Ensure finishing Efficiency by increase production & utilize existing manpower.
∎ Perform others finishing related duties and responsibilities.
∎ Monitor the Man-Materials are using properly.
∎ Ensure 5’S of responsible area.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
