Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science & Engineering/ Information and Communication Technology/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering from any reputed University.
∎ BBA/MBA with Marketing Major having strong understating in technology products are also welcome.
∎ Good written and verbal communication skills is a must.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Marketing and sales,ANS,ICX
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to monitor/audit settlement belling (call caring charges) with other ANS's.
∎ Have to communicate with other ANS regarding billing disputes.
∎ Have to communicate with other ANS and ICX regarding new routings.
∎ Have to prepare reports and submit to BTRC regularly and on the basis of demand.
∎ Have to prepare and monitor all corporate agreements and SLA's.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience on database management, backup and restore.
∎ Telecom grade maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
∎ Ability to work under stress to achieve KPI.
