Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Probing and sample collection
∎ • Melt Flow testing
∎ • Density testing
∎ • Ash testing
∎ • Performs quality checks and resin, additives & other materials identification on inbound materials
∎ • Communicates directly with Machine Operators, Lab Analysts and Quality Manager regarding all quality issues and aspects
∎ • Data entry recording of all test results for raw materials and finished products.
∎ • Warehousing of finished product once it has gone through the quality control process
∎ • Live real-time sampling from the production machines
∎ • Maintains formulation database, including searching for relevant formulation numbers, and assigning new formulation numbers
∎ • Dispose of samples and chemicals in an environmentally acceptable manner.
∎ • Ensure compliance to national (BSTI) and international standards (BIS; DN; ASTM and ISO).
∎ • Statistically analyze Quality Test Procedures.
∎ • Perform all tasks in a safe manner and practice good housekeeping.
∎ • Provide shift change communication
∎ • Additional duties as become necessary and/or are assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • A minimum of 4-5 years as a polymer / additives testing Laboratory
∎ • Quality inspection, plastics processing
∎ • Good decision making skills
∎ • Problem solving skills
∎ • Team working experience
∎ • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, etc.)
∎ • Good verbal and written communication skills In Bengali & English
