Key Responsibilities:

Dealer Sales & Account Management

• Manage assigned dealer accounts and maintain regular communication

• Take and enter dealer orders accurately into the system

• Follow up with inactive dealers to generate repeat business

Business Growth

• Identify and onboard new dealers (minimum 2 per quarter)

• Visit markets regularly (2–3 visits/month) to understand demand and build relationships

Order Coordination

• Coordinate with warehouse and operations to ensure timely order fulfillment

• Track order status and update dealers accordingly

Market Intelligence

• Monitor competitor pricing, product demand, and dealer feedback

• Share structured insights with management

Reporting

• Submit daily summary of:

  • Orders taken

  • Orders processed

  • Pending orders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, dealer management, or distribution

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Willingness to travel within assigned regions

• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer management
