What We’re Looking For:
Good communication skills in Bangla and English
Comfortable communicating with customers over phone and messaging platforms
Basic understanding of Facebook, WhatsApp and e-commerce websites
Organised and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with product information, pricing and inventory
Basic ability to take clean photos/videos using a smartphone
Interest in musical instruments and audio products is a plus

Responsibilities & Context:
Working Days: Wednesday–Monday
Working Hours: 12:00 PM–6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Tuesday
Work Mode: On-site
Key responsibilities:
Confirm online orders with customers when required and maintain accurate order status.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger across Melody & Co. and Promusic accounts.
Process online orders by coordinating with the Inventory and Billing teams.
Coordinate order dispatch and update customers regarding delivery when necessary.
Upload new products to the website with accurate product names, prices, images and relevant information.
Update website prices based on the latest ERP pricing.
Reconcile and update website inventory according to ERP stock balances.
Monitor cancelled, failed and pending orders and follow up where necessary.
Assist with simple social media updates related to new arrivals, stock availability and outgoing orders.
Capture short photos/videos of selected outgoing orders for social media content when required.
