∎ The Database Administrator should have Masters/Bachelor in Computer Science/ Information Technology or any other relevant subject from a reputed university. S/he must have 4-6 years of relevant experience for managing similar assignment (s) for any Organizations. S/he should have specialized skills on administering, Postgres, MySQL etc. of web-based process automation implementation/ERP software development project in different organizations.
∎ Your responsibility will be the performance, integrity and security of a database. You`ll be involved in the in the planning and development of the database, as well as in troubleshooting any issues on behalf of the users.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with system engineers' programmers.
∎ Supervise database design, development and implementation required by Authority.
∎ Develop database (MSSQL) including queries, triggers and stored procedures.
∎ Supervise daily database backup, restore and maintenance of database.
∎ Supervise routine inspection of all Software and database maintenance of Executive office and the zones.
∎ Database Administration, Mirroring, Replication, Maintenance & Backup.
∎ Ensure database service level uptime.
∎ Install and maintain the performance of database servers.
∎ Develop processes for optimizing database security.
∎ Set and maintain database standards.
∎ Manage database access.
∎ Performance tuning of database systems.
∎ Install, upgrade, and manage database applications.
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot database errors.
∎ Recommend and implement emerging database technologies.
∎ Create and manage database reports, visualizations and dashboards.
∎ Create automation for repeating database tasks.
∎ Be available for on-call support as needed.
