Job Context:
∎ Global Software company looking for experienced Cassandra/Scylla developers for Bangladesh office. TiCON system is working on versatile areas such cloud computing, streaming technology(media solution), conferencing(communication technology), BigData, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning & Deep Learning, NLP etc.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ At least 4 year(s) industry experience
∎ At least 1.5 year(s) experience in Cassandra
∎ Please do not apply if you do not have any professional experience in Cassandra/Scylla
∎ Proficient in NoSQL database technology: Cassandra / Scylla (expert).
∎ Proficient in querying data from Cassandra cluster using Cassandra Query Language
∎ Familiar with physical data modeling & logical data modeling
∎ Experience in Importing data from various sources to the Cassandra cluster
∎ Experience in creating tables involving collections, TTLs, counter, UDTs as part of data modeling
∎ Deep understanding of Cassandra read & write paths
∎ Reverse Engineering codes/processes developed in Cassandra
∎ Develop and optimize complex NoSQL schema structures
∎ Strong knowledge in MySQL & REDIS
∎ Must be very strong in Data Structure & Algorithm
∎ Develop POCs/MVPs quickly
∎ Must have experience with Git
∎ Solid knowledge administering Linux servers
∎ Should be very strong in MySQL/NoSQL Database administration
∎ Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and its services are a huge plus
∎ Strong communication skills
∎ Follow technical guidance and assistance from seniors and provide the same to juniors
∎ Must be highly professional, friendly, courteous and ability to meet committed deadline
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ At least 4 year(s) industry experience
∎ At least 1.5 year(s) experience in Cassandra
