∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Skills Required: HTML, JavaScript, Nodejs, React Native | NodeJS | HTML | CSS | JavaScript | Github | Git
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop/Maintain NodeJS based REST APIs & backend services.
∎ Develop/Maintain NodeJS based Applications.
∎ Breakdown existing applications to meaningful micro-services.
∎ Optimize existing database queries.
∎ Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
∎ Implementation of security and data protection.
∎ Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.
∎ Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performance applications.
∎ Troubleshoot and debug applications as needed.
∎ Collaborate closely with the design team, testing team, and your fellow developers.
∎ Qualification Requirements:
∎ Strong proficiency with JavaScript and its nuances, including ES6 syntax.
∎ Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it such as Express.js.
∎ Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
∎ Good understanding of server-side templating languages.
∎ Understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors.
∎ Experience with Redis and cache management in high-performance applications.
∎ Digital Broadcasting, OTT, IPTV, DRM development experience preferred
∎ Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
∎ Very strong in Data Structure, Algorithm & Logical/Critical thinking
∎ Solid understanding of SQL &/or NoSQL based database
∎ Good understanding of microservice based architecture
∎ Must have experience using version control tools like GIT & Linux servers
∎ Additional preference on having DevOps experience & AWS/GCP services
∎ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
