Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify problems in collaboration with the internal stakeholders and delivering the desired outcome within timelines
∎ Develop detailed scope, methodology and framework and executing on the framework with appropriate data mining techniques
∎ Engage with internal stakeholders from risk, products, portfolio, etc. during the process of identification of data, development of scorecard and deployment
∎ Process of structured and unstructured data, cleansing data, and verifying the integrity of data to be used for analysis
∎ Enhance data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems
∎ Develop algorithms using advanced mathematical and statistical techniques like machine learning to develop predictive model to predict outcomes and recommend optimal actions to management.
∎ Develop credit scorecards, testing & monitoring frameworks and overseeing the deployment of scorecards
∎ Ensure all project documentation is up to date and maintain the highest levels of quality in deliverables
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of analytical experience in applying statistical solutions to business problems
∎ Hands on experience with data analytics/programming tools such as SQL and R/Python is mandatory
∎ Proficient in Linear & Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forests, Gradient Boosting, SVM, Neural Networks, k-NN, Naive Bayes etc.
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills
∎ Expert in customer centricity, results oriented and self-propelled
∎ Ability to work in a team, capability to meet deadlines and keen to develop others
