∎ Graduate in any discipline from a UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record;
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop algorithms using advanced mathematical and statistical techniques like machine learning to develop a predictive model for predicting outcomes and recommend optimal actions to the management;
∎ Develop credit scorecards, testing, and monitoring frameworks, and oversee the deployment of scorecards;
∎ Identify problems in collaboration with the internal stakeholders and deliver the desired outcome within the timelines;
∎ Develop detailed scope, methodology, and framework and execute the framework with appropriate data mining techniques;
∎ Engage with internal stakeholders from risk, products, portfolio, etc. during the process of data identification, scorecard development, and deployment;
∎ Process of structured and unstructured data, cleansing data, and verifying the integrity of data for analysis;
∎ Enhance data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems;
∎ Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and maintain the highest quality in deliverables.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years of analytical work experience in applying statistical solutions to business problems;
∎ Hands-on experience with data analytics/programming tools such as SQL and R/Python is mandatory;
∎ Proficient in Linear and Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forests, Gradient Boosting, SVM, Neural Networks, k-NN, Naive Bayes, etc.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
∎ Be customer-centric, results-oriented and self-propelled.
