Job Context:
∎ The Bangladesh Rating Agency Limited (BDRAL) established in 2009 is a subsidiary of Dun & Bradstreet South Asia Middle East Ltd and having shareholding of nine leading local banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs). BDRAL is one of the leading Credit Rating Agency (CRA) in Bangladesh licensed by Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) and accredited by Bangladesh Bank as an External Credit Assessment Institutes (ECAI) under the BASEL norms.
∎ Job Overview: This position will be based in Dhaka, Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring and supervising the field analyst team under management and ensuring the quality of the information and documents collected by them
∎ Maintaining the MIS of all relevant credit report related information and managing the document archive
∎ Preparing prescribed and need-based regulatory reports and in-house reports
∎ Providing necessary support and information to Sales team and Rating Analyst Team
∎ Bridging among the Field Analyst, Rating and Sales teams and taking necessary actions to minimize the gaps (in any)
∎ Maintaining correspondence with the bankers and clients on rating related issues
∎ Ensuring compliance and is expected in adhering to any other task assigned by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong proficiency in MS Office suite and general computer use
∎ Under established guidelines and direct management, has the ability to deliver assigned tasks in a timely and insightful manner
∎ Ability to effectively manage competing deadlines for projects in a high-pressure work environment, with varying degrees of supervision
∎ Having clear understanding about the loan related documents
∎ Strong attention to detail and ability to notice discrepancies in data
∎ Experience in managing a team working remotely
∎ 2-4 years of strong relevant experience in related industry
∎ Concise verbal and written communication skills
∎ Can work independently as a team
∎ Rating agency experience will be an added advantage
