Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduation/ Masters Degree in Business/Marketing or related field with minimum CGPA 3.00 / 1st divisions / classes & having no 3rd division/ classes in any of the examination from any public or private university.
∎ Graduates from IBA(DU), DU, North South University and BRAC are preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities
∎ To manage the dues of your own portfolio.
∎ Meeting with potential clients to determine their needs and interests in order to develop a tailored sales strategy
∎ Visiting corporate clients for Job Booking & initiating Agreement
∎ Industry visit for rating purpose
∎ Coordinating with all departments for ensuring smooth business operation
∎ Following up with existing clients to ensure they are satisfied with the company's products or services, and working with them to identify new opportunities for growth
∎ Preparing monthly report stating the status of completion of assigned tasks
∎ Recommending new products or services
∎ Develop the market and network in the assigned zone. Collect and analyze sales data and prepare sales reports.
∎ Check & prepare reports on pending or due bills. Monitor existing competitors' activities and compete accordingly.
∎ Promotional activities to enhance rating service.
∎ Any other job assigned by Supervisor/Management related to the role.
∎ Attending seminars, conferences and events whenever assigned/appropriate
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Ensure full adherence to established rules and regulations of BSEC, BB and other regulatory authorities.
∎ Negotiation skill & client relationship management skill.
∎ Time management & planning skill.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in Microsoft office.
∎ Relevant tenure of experience is required in sales & marketing.
∎ Any reputed company B2B sales experience preferrable.
