Job Responsibilities:
∎ Profile Review, coding, compile and categories documents for data entry
∎ Enter data from source documents into the prescribed computer database, files, and forms
∎ Collect and enter data to the server via online tools
∎ Verify data and correct data where necessary by comparing it to source documents
∎ Resolving discrepancies and missing information
∎ Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations as part of a contingency plan
∎ Update existing data and retrieve data from the database as requested
∎ Maintain records of activities and tasks
∎ Comply with data confidentiality, integrity, and security policies of the organization
∎ Maintain a filing system of the hard copy data sheet in a systematic way to ensure the safekeeping of confidential materials;
∎ The entered data should be accurate so that it can pass through the Data quality assessment (DQA) Process
∎ Other duties as assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years relevant working experience
∎ Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed
∎ Proven experience as a data entry operator
∎ Formal computer training is an advantage
∎ Basic understanding of databases
∎ Proficient in relevant computer applications such as word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
∎ Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation and Working knowledge of English
∎ Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc
∎ Practicing gender and cultural diversity
Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
