IT Support Service, IT System Management, Oracle Database
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day to day responsibility for the running maintenance, updating and security of the overall factory/ head office information system application & other software.
∎ Document, implement and review the policies and procedures for the IT department in liaison with HRD.
∎ Schedule and provide training to IT staff or end-users on relevant IT system when necessary.
∎ ERP related Activities.
∎ Oracle Report and Forms Development.
∎ ERP Data Entry related Activities.
∎ ERP System: Basic knowledge is needed and helping ERP administration.
∎ Monitor and analysis system from all perspective.
∎ IT support, application support ( Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook 365 etc.), printer & network support etc.
∎ Troubleshooting of PC, printer, scanner, and new devices.
∎ Advance quality graphics designer & digital marketing promotion capability.
∎ Any kind of hardware and software support.
∎ Troubleshooting laptop problems.
∎ Troubleshooting and maintain fingerprint/ facial devices/biometric devices.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management. Export documents forward as per L/C terms.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be good in Oracle and ERP related activities.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
