Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Equivalent work experience is also acceptable

∎ Proven experience in ITES project or operations management, preferably within data annotation or BPO data-centric industries
∎ Portfolio or past work experience in data annotation projects is required
∎ Experience in client communications, project scoping, bidding is preferred
∎ Experience with budget management, personnel and resource allocation
∎ Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage client relationships, proposals, and contracts
∎ ChatGPT or similar adoption
∎ Proficiency in project management tools (Trello, Asana, Monday.com) and collaboration platforms (Google Suite, Microsoft Office) is a plus
∎ Hands-on experience with data annotation tools such as CVAT, V7, Labelbox, Roboflow, or similar platforms is highly desirable
∎ Understanding of data privacy and compliance standards related to data annotation projects
∎ Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Get new data annotation leads and projects
∎ Review project requirements, feasibility, scope resources, make budgets and sometimes via ChatGpt prepare data annotation proposals
∎ Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
∎ Join client interviews and meetings, sometimes in different time
∎ Manage daily operations of data annotators and QA team
∎ Lead the annotation and quality assurance process and directly working in annotation tasks when necessary
∎ Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPI targets including accuracy thresholds and turnaround times.
∎ Maintain records of project guidelines, minimize client feedback for best satisfaction, and workflow changes to ensure ongoing compliance with client requirements
∎ Work collaboratively with internal teams to refine service strategies and align project execution with evolving client needs and market trends
