  • Experience selling IT, B2B SaaS, AI-related services, or Property Preservation, or a strong understanding of the US real estate market is a major advantage.
  • Proven ability to conduct discovery calls and close deals or appointments.
  • Ability to work night shifts consistently, aligned with US Eastern Time business hours.

  • Since this is a remote role, you must have a professional setup:
  • Quiet Environment: A separate room with no background noise (family/traffic/pets) for calling and video conferencing during shift hours.
  • Stable Internet: High-speed broadband internet + Mobile Data Backup.
  • Power Backup: Laptop with strong battery backup or PC with UPS/Inverter to ensure zero downtime.
  • Hardware: Good quality PC/Laptop (Minimum 8 GB RAM) and a professional Noise-Canceling Headset.


Responsibilities & Context:

About Us

We help Real Estate Professionals in the US automate their businesses using Artificial Intelligence. We are looking for a sharp, articulate, and ambitious Freelancer capable of representing our services. The selected candidate will handle cold calling, discovery conversations and closings remotely.

Timing: Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM BST

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound (mostly)/inbound calls to US real estate professionals and small businesses.
  • Run discovery calls to understand client challenges, needs, and decision-making processes. 
  • Present AI Tech consultancy solutions (scripts will be provided) in a clear, persuasive, and tailored way via video conferencing to potential clients.
  • Qualify prospects and either close appointments/deals or schedule high-quality meetings for the consultancy team.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM for all interactions and updates.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets: qualified leads, discovery calls, appointments booked, and deals closed.
  • Represent the company professionally in all communications.
  • Generate interest, handle objections confidently, adapt conversations in real time, and provide feedback on scripts/outreach angles to improve conversion rates.
  • Assist with various ad-hoc tasks as they come up.
