Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop requirement documents from business processes·
∎ Prepare scope of work from requirement documents·
∎ Preparing and managing master data·
∎ Managing users and user roles·
∎ Provide quality assurance of prepared and/or imported data·
∎ Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines·
∎ Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements·
∎ Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization·
∎ Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports·
∎ Evaluating changes and updates to source production systems· Training end-users on new reports and dashboards·
∎ Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing·
∎ Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry·
∎ Completes additional assigned tasks as required Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms· High-level experience in methodologies and business processes.
∎ Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field of ERP implementation is a plus·
∎ Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks.
∎ 2+ years’ experience in master data management Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms·
∎ High-level experience in methodologies and business processes.· Understanding of metadata standards·
∎ High-level written and verbal communication skills·
∎ Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves any discrepancies·
∎ Strong Microsoft Office suite skills·
∎ Knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
∎ We are looking to hire multiple data analysts to join our ERP implementation project team. You will take responsibility for managing user requirements, reviewing and understanding scope of work as requirement alignments, master data set preparation and validation, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues. To do well in this role you need to have strong business process understanding and data analytical skills. You will bring technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of that data, then process, design, and present it in ways to help people, businesses, and organizations make better decisions.
