∎ Strong communication and presentation skills
∎ Strong attention to details & accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Excellent written & verbal communication both in Bangla & English
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work efficiently
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect, organize, and validate working hours data received from partner factories.
∎ Identify inconsistencies, anomalies, or signs of data manipulation or non-transparency.
∎ Analyze patterns of excessive working hours in comparison to legal or agreed limits.
∎ Transforming data in the excel format/available system.
∎ Reporting – Daily/Weekly/Monthly.
∎ Collaborate with teams to flag high-risk factories.
∎ Any other related requirements as necessary.
