Job Responsibilities:
∎ Data Collection: Gather data from various sources, including user interactions, learning management systems, and online platforms, ensuring data quality and integrity.
∎ Data Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform product development, marketing strategies, and user engagement.
∎ Data Visualization: Create clear and meaningful visualizations, such as charts, graphs, and dashboards, to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
∎ Educational Content Optimization: Work with instructional designers to improve the quality and relevance of educational content based on data-driven insights.
∎ Reporting: Generate regular reports and dashboards for management and product teams, providing actionable recommendations for improvements.
∎ Data Privacy and Security: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, FERPA) and implement data security best practices.
∎ Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, instructional designers, and marketing professionals, to align data-driven strategies with overall business goals.
∎ Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in data analysis and educational technology to apply innovative solutions.
∎ Qualifications:
∎ Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Education).
∎ Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
∎ Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Knowledge of educational principles and learning theories is a plus.
∎ Understanding of data privacy and security regulations.
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
∎ Attention to detail and a passion for improving education through data-driven insights.
