• Age 25 to 35 years

• 4/5 years’ experience in the relevant field is preferable.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Advance Excel Skill
• Should be honest, hard working, enthusiastic, self-motivated Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
• Computer Proficiency with Office Application, e-mail and internet browsing.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of financial data is strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.

• Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

• Work closely with Product, Business, Compliance, and Finance teams to support data-driven strategies.

• Develop dashboards and reports for management, enabling effective decision-making.

• Conduct financial and operational data analysis to improve product performance and customer experience.

• Data analyses by comparing with the previous months, years , product wise, based on assignment etc.

• Support predictive modeling and forecasting to guide business planning.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with local regulations and company policies.

• Collaborate with sales teams to optimize data pipelines and improve reporting efficiency.

• Ability to use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices.

• Apply statistical techniques to interpret data meaningfully.

• Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot data discrepancies.

• Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
