Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field from a reputed university, having no third class/division in academic record.

• Age At least 27 years

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years of extensive, hands-on experience in Cyber Security operations.

• Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CEH, CCSP, OSCP, CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor are highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance frameworks (Bangladesh Bank IT Guidelines, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI DSS, GDPR).

• Proficiency in scripting or automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for security operations is a strong plus.

• Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, SIEM solutions, EDR, and vulnerability management platforms.

• Demonstrated expertise in incident response, digital forensics, and malware analysis.

• Familiarity with secure SDLC, DevSecOps practices, and CI/CD pipeline security.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a proactive, risk-management mindset.

• Implement and manage security controls across servers, networks, databases, and cloud environments.

• Monitor SIEM, IDS/IPS, and other security tools to detect, analyze, and respond to threats in real time.

• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and remediation of identified risks.

• Manage endpoint protection, firewalls, DLP, email security, and other cybersecurity solutions.

• Develop, review, and enforce information security policies, procedures, and standards in line with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and Bangladesh Bank guidelines.

• Support incident response, root cause analysis, and forensic investigations.

• Maintain logs, security dashboards, and reporting for audits and regulatory reviews.

• Provide security awareness training and guidance to employees.

• Coordinate with vendors, auditors, and regulatory bodies for security-related matters.
