Education:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology
• Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science
• Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• BSc/MSc degree in Information Security, Cyber Security, Computer Science or IT related fields is required.

• Industry certifications such as CEH, CCNA, CFR, CySA+, MCP or equivalent are preferred.

• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in Information Security, or 3+ years in IT with a secondary focus on cybersecurity.

• Solid understanding of current cybersecurity technologies, practices, and platforms is essential.

• Strong technical foundation in the following areas:

  • Database query languages (e.g., SQL)

  • Networking protocols and infrastructure

  • Basic programming/scripting (e.g., Python, Bash)

  • Penetration testing and vulnerability assessment

  • Application and infrastructure security

  • Operating systems: Windows, UNIX, and Linux

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong interpersonal skills, client-facing confidence, and a collaborative mindset.

• Experience preparing technical proposals and RFP responses is a plus.

• Strong customer service attitude and willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as needed.

• OneWorld is seeking self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join its Cyber Digital Transformation unit, playing a key role in positioning our cybersecurity solutions to potential clients, as well as supporting both new and existing customers in strengthening their security posture:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with customer organizations to leverage technologies, such as SIEM, SOAR, PAM, IAM, EDR, XDR, NDR, NGFW, Vulnerability Management and penetration testing solutions, and Cloud Security platforms, to achieve strategic business objectives.

• Engage stakeholders at all organizational levels, from senior executives to frontline users, to understand needs and drive adoption.

• Serve as a core member of the technical and implementation team, with a focus on the technical aspects of cyber digital transformation projects.

• Serve as a technical subject matter expert, effectively positioning assigned solutions to potential customers through initial meetings, presentations, demos, and, when necessary, proof-of-concept (POC) engagements.

• Prepare comprehensive responses to RFPs, including detailed technical proposals, solution architectures, and compliance matrices to address client requirements and evaluation criteria.

• Conduct system testing, facilitate test planning sessions, and contribute to feasibility assessments. prepare user documentation and support post-deployment activity

• Demonstrate product capabilities and respond to customer queries, acting as a trusted SME throughout the engagement.

• Define implementation strategies, considering timelines, business impact, and potential risks.

• Help address implementation roadblocks, remove obstacles or other constraints.

• Provide strategic guidance on integration and deployment, ensuring technical hands-on support to maximize client value.

• Performs and participates in the analysis, design and implementation of solutions/systems.

• Develop proposals for new systems, processes, or procedural enhancements based on customer needs and technical feasibility.
