Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage day to day operational activities of the Cutting section
∎ Strong knowledge of cutting techniques, machinery, and tools (e.g., automated cutting machines, manual cutters, etc.).
∎ Optimize cutting layouts to minimize fabric waste and reduce costs.
∎ Manage inventory of cutting tools, materials, and supplies
∎ Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
∎ Maintain accurate records of production output, material usage, and labor hours.
