Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire the workers' team and staff.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be a team player with good interpersonal skills
∎ Track hourly production and follow up on defects to maintain quality standards.
∎ Ensure line-wise implementation and adherence to QMS activities.
∎ Oversee input, output, work-in-progress (WIP), and alteration processes.
∎ Manage operator allocation, control absenteeism, and monitor worker migration.
∎ Prepare style-wise reconciliation reports to track material usage and efficiency.
