Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute strategic plans in collaboration with senior management to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
∎ Foster transparent communication with senior management, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
∎ Effectively communicate and execute senior management’s decisions across all levels.
∎ Lead the execution of the company’s vision, mission, and strategic initiatives.
∎ Implement quality assurance and control measures aligned with customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
∎ Must have experience working as a Director in a any factory
∎ Lead, mentor, and inspire employees to achieve excellence.
∎ Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by senior management.
∎ Strong knowledge of master production scheduling, production arrangement, and personal training.
∎ The applicant should be loyal, reliable, and diligent.
∎ Can speak English fluently .
