Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for cutting process & procedure as per buyer's quality parameters or requirements;
∎ Accountable for planning, developing and implementing allover cutting quality activities;
∎ Pre-cutting procedure follow up properly (Such as GSM, fabric relaxation, shade separation & shrinkage test etc.) Problems analysis, root cause identification, problem solving and smooth operation of cutting section;
∎ Provide all types of reports regarding cutting quality to concern department as well as Management;
∎ Keep Liaison with concern Merchandiser/ Production Manager/ Quality Manager/ Factory Head others for Day to Day work;
∎ Monitor received fabric as per plan;
∎ Attend PP meeting and implement quality guideline;
∎ Maintain the 'SOP of Cutting' strictly;
∎ Manage & increase efficiency considering quality standard;
∎ Properly understand buyer's cutting requirements and deliver them within TNA;
∎ Any others tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ In-depth knowledge on overall RMG Cutting Quality;
∎ Self-motivated, confident, value-driven and dynamic leader;
∎ Must be target oriented;
∎ Effective communication skills and strong negotiation skills;
