∎ Educational requirement for Candidate experienced in Intimate Garments can be relaxed.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Analytical ability, CAD, cutting, Garment Factory

∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Apparel, Cad Pattern Master, Costing, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for planning, developing and implementing all over cutting production activities.
∎ To responsible for manufacture, modification, selection of cutting process & procedure as per buyer’s quality parameters or requirements.
∎ Properly understand buyer's cutting requirements and deliver them within TNA.
∎ Commitment, attitude and ability to work as a team
∎ To receive the fabrics from outsource dyeing section & check all received fabrics.
∎ Make the cutting plan as the importance of time and shipment schedule.
∎ Fix the daily production target as per discussion with Operation Head to realize the target with quality.
∎ To maintain liaison with sewing, printing, embroidery & dyeing section regarding quality & quantity.
∎ Plan wise cutting monitoring.
∎ Timely provide short list and send to concern department.
∎ To take action in case of fabric fault found and to solve the root cause of the problem.
∎ To ensure discipline in the floor.
∎ To maintain ISO, COC & GPQ requirements.
∎ Any other work assigned as and when required by management.

Application is asking from the prospective qualified candidate for the post of Cutting Manager/ In Charge from same professional for immediate appointment. Min 10-15 years’ experience is must for the position and Textile/IE background is preferable. The candidate must have knowledge of Modern Cutting technology, Modern Software of Pattern and Marker. Previous or current experience in Lingerie Garments will be an added advantage but Knit ladies Garments Experience is must. Must be capable to coordination, facilitation and management of task within team and organization.
