Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing allover cutting production activities.
∎ To be responsible for the manufacture, modification, selection of cutting process & procedure as per buyer's quality parameters or requirements.
∎ Properly understand buyer's cutting requirements and deliver them within TNA.
∎ Commitment, attitude, and ability to work as a team
∎ To receive the fabrics from the store section & check all received fabrics.
∎ Make the cutting plan as the importance of time and shipment schedule.
∎ Fix the daily production target as per discussion with the operation manager, DGM to realize the target with quality.
∎ To maintain liaison with sewing, printing, embroidery & dyeing sections regarding quality & quantity.
∎ Plan wise cutting monitoring.
∎ Timely provide shortlist and send to concern department.
∎ To take action in case of fabric fault found and to solve the root cause of the problem.
∎ To ensure discipline on the floor.
∎ To maintain GOTS and OCS, COC & GPQ requirements.
∎ Any other work assigned as and when required by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 45000 - 50000 (Monthly)
