Responsibilities & Context: Job Description:
As a Customer Support Representative at PalmPay Limited, you will work closely with the sales managers to drive our sales efforts and ensure operational efficiency. Your role will involve a blend of sales and operational responsibilities to support our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate product/service information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Assist the Business Development team in client onboarding, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, tech, operations) to resolve client queries.
- Support sales campaigns by preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations when needed.
- Track and report client feedback, pain points, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and contribute to long-term relationship building.
