PIN-UP Global is currently seeking an Online Chat Operator proficient in English and Bengali.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries through online chat in Bangladesh.
- Assist customers with website usability.
- Resolve any issues clients may encounter during their experience.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients.
- Keep clients informed of current offers and promotions.
