Responsibilities & Context:

PIN-UP Global is currently seeking an Online Chat Operator proficient in English and Bengali.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to client inquiries through online chat in Bangladesh.
- Assist customers with website usability.
- Resolve any issues clients may encounter during their experience.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients.
- Keep clients informed of current offers and promotions.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Bengali and English typing.

- At least 1 year of working experience in customer service, preferably in contact center, having experience in Gaming industry is a plus
